Grandma’s “Powerful Liver Cleanse” Drink
Ingredients:
3 cloves fresh garlic, peeled and crushed
Juice of 2 lemons
1 teaspoon turmeric powder (or 1‑inch piece of fresh turmeric, grated)
1 tablespoon raw honey (optional, for taste)
1 glass of warm water (not boiling)
Instructions:
Crush the garlic and let it sit a few minutes to activate its beneficial compounds.
Mix the turmeric into the warm water.
Squeeze in the lemon juice.
Add the crushed garlic.
Add honey if desired.
