Ginger–Lemon–Honey Comfort Drink

Ingredients:

1 lemon (sliced or juiced)

1 medium onion, chopped

3–4 garlic cloves, crushed

1 thumb‑size piece of fresh ginger, grated or sliced

1 – 1½ cups natural honey

1 cup warm water (not boiling)

Instructions:

Prepare all the ingredients (slice, grate, crush, etc.).

Place the onion, garlic, ginger, and lemon in a bowl or jar.

Pour the honey over the mixture so everything is covered.

Add the warm water and stir gently.
