Creamy Oven-Baked Beef Patties

Ingredients
4 frozen beef burger patties
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
Optional:
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a large baking dish.
Place the frozen beef patties in a single layer inside the dish.
Spread the sliced onions evenly over the patties.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and beef broth. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Add garlic powder, black pepper, or Worcestershire sauce if desired.
Pour the gravy mixture evenly over the beef patties.
Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Remove the foil carefully and spoon some of the gravy over the patties.
Return the dish to the oven uncovered and continue baking for 15 to 20 more minutes, or until the beef is fully cooked and the gravy becomes rich and slightly thickened.
