Loaded Shrimp Baked Potato with Chicken Wings
Ingredients
2 large russet potatoes
400 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup shredded cheese or cheese sauce
¼ cup cooked bacon or chopped cooked meat (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
½ tsp paprika or Cajun seasoning
6–8 chicken wings
1 tbsp oil
Additional seasoning for wings (salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder)
Instructions
1. Bake potatoes at 200°C (400°F) until tender, about 50–60 minutes.
2. Season chicken wings with oil and spices, then bake or fry until golden and cooked through.
3. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat and sauté garlic briefly.
4. Add shrimp, season, and cook until pink and opaque.
5. Split baked potatoes open and fluff the insides with a fork.
6. Top potatoes with shrimp, butter sauce, cheese, and bacon or meat pieces.
7. Serve hot with chicken wings on the side.
