Fall-Off-The-Bone Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs 😋
Ingredients:
1 rack pork ribs (about 3–4 lbs)
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Prepare the ribs by removing the thin membrane from the back if desired.
Fold the rack of ribs into a circle so it fits inside the slow cooker.
Place the ribs in the slow cooker with the meaty side facing outward.
In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the ribs.
Cover and cook:
On LOW for 7–8 hours
or
On HIGH for about 4 hours.
Once tender, carefully remove the ribs. For extra flavor, brush with more BBQ sauce and broil in the oven for 5 minutes until caramelized.
Serving Ideas:
Serve with mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, coleslaw, or warm dinner rolls. Spoon some of the rich sauce from the slow cooker over the ribs before serving.
Extra Tips:
Add smoked paprika for a deeper smoky flavor.
Mix in hot sauce or chili flakes for some heat.
If the sauce is too thin, simmer it on the stove for a few minutes until thickened.
Tender, juicy, and packed with flavor — this easy slow cooker recipe is perfect for family dinners or weekend gatherings!
