Sweet Potato Pie Recipe

📝 Ingredients:
2 cups mashed sweet potatoes (about 2–3 medium sweet potatoes)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 unbaked pie crust

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
Add sugar, brown sugar, and eggs. Beat well until fully combined.
