Cheesy Mushroom Stuffed Beef Rolls

If you’re looking for a comforting and flavorful dinner, these cheesy mushroom stuffed beef rolls are the perfect choice. Juicy beef wrapped around melted cheese and savory mushrooms, all cooked in a rich sauce—simply irresistible!

📝 Ingredients:

6 thin slices of beef (sirloin or flank steak)

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

6 slices cheese (Mozzarella or Swiss)

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

Season the beef slices with salt and black pepper.

Place some mushrooms and a slice of cheese on each piece of beef.

Roll them up tightly and secure with toothpicks.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the beef rolls on all sides until browned.

Add garlic and extra mushrooms, and cook for 2–3 minutes.

Pour in the beef broth (and soy sauce if using), cover, and let simmer for 20–25 minutes.

Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
