Super Easy Churros Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup water

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 pinch salt

Oil for frying

Sugar for topping

Instructions

In a saucepan, bring the water and salt to a boil.

Remove from heat and add the flour all at once.

Mix well until a thick dough forms.

Put the dough into a piping bag with a star tip.

Heat oil in a deep pan to about 180°C (350°F).

Pipe strips of dough directly into the hot oil.

Fry for about 2–3 minutes until golden brown.

Remove and place on paper towels to drain the oil.

Sprinkle with sugar and serve warm.
