Garlic and Clove Oil Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup olive oil (or coconut oil)
5–6 garlic cloves, peeled and lightly crushed
1 teaspoon whole cloves

Instructions:
Pour the oil into a small saucepan.
Add the crushed garlic cloves and the whole cloves.
Heat the oil on very low heat for about 10–15 minutes. Do not let it boil; just warm it gently so the flavors infuse into the oil.
Remove from the heat and let it cool completely.
Strain the oil to remove the garlic and cloves.
Pour the infused oil into a clean glass bottle and store it in a cool place.
How to Use:
Use it to add flavor to salads, pasta, or roasted vegetables.
It can also be used as a massage oil for a warm, soothing effect.
