No knead Homemade Bread

Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast

1 teaspoon salt

1½ cups warm water

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt together.

Add the warm water and stir with a spoon until a sticky dough forms.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a clean towel.

Let the dough rest at room temperature for 12–18 hours until it becomes bubbly and doubles in size.

Lightly flour a work surface and place the dough on it. Shape it gently into a round loaf.

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a covered oven-safe pot inside to heat.

Carefully place the dough into the hot pot, cover with the lid, and bake 30 minutes.

Remove the lid and bake 10–15 minutes more until the bread is golden brown.

Let the bread cool for about 20–30 minutes before slicing.
