Buttery Potato Bake (4-Ingredient Dinner)
Ingredients
4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup melted butter
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
Grease a baking dish lightly with butter or oil.
Arrange the thinly sliced potatoes in layers in the dish.
In a bowl, mix the melted butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture evenly over the potatoes so they are well coated.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake another 15 minutes until the top is golden and the potatoes are tender.
