3-Ingredient Glazed Carrots
๐งพ Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) baby carrots
2โ3 tablespoons butter
2โ3 tablespoons brown sugar (or honey)
(Optional: a pinch of salt or black pepper for extra flavor)
๐จโ๐ณ Instructions:
Place the carrots in a pot and cover with water.
Bring to a boil and cook for about 8โ10 minutes, until tender.
Drain the carrots and return them to the pot

Add butter and brown sugar.
Cook over medium heat, stirring gently, until the carrots are fully coated and the glaze becomes thick and shiny (about 5 minutes).
Serve warm.
