4-Ingredient Slow Cooked Tender Meat ๐ฒ
Ingredients:
1.5โ2 lbs (700gโ1kg) bone-in meat (beef or lamb)
1 onion, sliced
2 cups broth (beef or chicken)
Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions:
Place the sliced onion at the bottom of a pot or slow cooker.
Put the meat on top of the onions.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the broth over everything.
Cover and cook on low heat for 6โ8 hours (or 3โ4 hours on medium heat).
Once done, the meat should be extremely tender and easily fall off the bone.
Serving Tips:
Serve with rice, potatoes, or fresh bread.
Spoon some of the cooking broth over the meat for extra flavor.

Garlic cloves
Carrots or potatoes
A pinch of herbs like thyme or bay leaves
