4-Ingredient Slow Cooked Tender Meat ๐Ÿฒ

Ingredients:

1.5โ€“2 lbs (700gโ€“1kg) bone-in meat (beef or lamb)

1 onion, sliced

2 cups broth (beef or chicken)

Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

Place the sliced onion at the bottom of a pot or slow cooker.

Put the meat on top of the onions.

Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the broth over everything.

Cover and cook on low heat for 6โ€“8 hours (or 3โ€“4 hours on medium heat).

Once done, the meat should be extremely tender and easily fall off the bone.

Serving Tips:

Serve with rice, potatoes, or fresh bread.

Spoon some of the cooking broth over the meat for extra flavor.

Optional Add-ons:

Garlic cloves

Carrots or potatoes

A pinch of herbs like thyme or bay leaves
