Mosaic Jelly (4‑Ingredient Dessert)
Ingredients
3–4 different flavored jelly packets (e.g., strawberry, orange, grape, lime)
1 can (about 14 oz / 395 g) sweetened condensed milk
1 packet unflavored gelatin
Water (for dissolving the jelly and the unflavored gelatin)
Instructions
1) Make the Colored Jelly Cubes
Prepare each flavored jelly separately by dissolving the jelly powder in hot water (follow the packet instructions).
Pour each flavor into a small container and refrigerate until set (2–4 hours).
Once set, cut each jelly into small cubes and place all the cubes together in a large bowl.
2) Make the Creamy Base
Bloom the unflavored gelatin in a small amount of cold water.
Dissolve it with hot water, then add the sweetened condensed milk. Stir well.
Let the mixture cool slightly, but don’t let it set.
3) Combine Everything
Gently pour the creamy milk mixture over the jelly cubes in the large dish.
Stir carefully so the cubes remain colorful but are coated with the creamy layer.
Refrigerate until fully firm (preferably overnight).
4) Serve
Cut into squares or scoop into bowls.
Serve chilled for a colorful, creamy, and refreshing dessert.
Tips
Use contrasting jelly colors for a bright mosaic effect.
Make sure the creamy milk mixture is slightly cooled before adding to prevent the colors from bleeding.
Optional: Add small fruit pieces like berries or pineapple for extra flavor.
