4 cod fillets (about 6 oz / 170g each)

3 tablespoons butter (melted)

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic (minced)

Juice of 1 lemon

Zest of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon dried parsley (or 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped)

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Lemon slices (for garnish)

1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish large enough to hold the fish in a single layer.

2. Prepare the Butter Sauce

Lemon zest

Minced garlic

Paprika
