💛 Ingredients:

 

– 1 cup (225g) butter, softened

– 1 ½ cups sugar

– 4 eggs

– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 tsp baking powder

– ½ tsp salt

– ¼ cup lemon juice

– 1 tbsp lemon zest

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

– ½ cup milk

– 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries

 

✨ Instructions:

 

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan.

2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.

4. Mix in lemon juice, zest, and vanilla.

5. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.

6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the batter, alternating with milk.

7. Gently fold in blueberries.

8. Pour batter into pan and bake for 50–60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
