Homemade Italian Sausage (Easy Version)

1 kg ground pork (about 2.2 lb)

1–2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder (or 3 fresh minced garlic cloves)

1 tsp paprika (optional for color)

½–1 tsp chili flakes (for spicy version)

2–3 tbsp cold water (helps mix everything)
