Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta 🍤🧄

Creamy, rich, and packed with flavor—this garlic butter shrimp pasta is perfect for a quick dinner that feels restaurant-quality.

📝 Ingredients

250g pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)

300g shrimp (peeled and deveined)

3 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic (minced)

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & black pepper (to taste)

1 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Cook the pasta

Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook the shrimp

Heat olive oil in a pan. Add shrimp, season with salt & pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.

Make the garlic butter sauce

In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).

Add cream & cheese

Pour in heavy cream, stir, then add Parmesan. Let it simmer until slightly thick.

Combine everything

Add cooked pasta and shrimp back into the pan. Toss well to coat in the sauce.

Finish & serve

Sprinkle chili flakes and parsley. Serve hot.
