Flourless Grain Bread (Healthy & Easy)
Ingredients (for one loaf)
7.5 dl rolled oats
2.5 dl mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, black cumin, etc.)
2 tbsp flax seeds
500 g plain yogurt
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp oil (olive or rapeseed)
1 tsp baking soda
Instructions
Preheat oven and prepare a loaf tin (grease it or line with parchment).
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, mixed seeds, and flax seeds.
Add yogurt, honey, salt, oil, and baking soda to the dry ingredients.
Mix everything until you get a thick batter.
Pour the mixture into the loaf tin and smooth the top.
Bake until golden and firm in the middle. Use a toothpick to check — it should come out clean.
Let the bread cool completely before slicing so it holds together.
