Chicken salad with grapes

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)

1 cup grapes (halved, red or green)

1/2 cup celery (chopped)

1/3 cup nuts (cashews, almonds, or walnuts)

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon mustard (optional)

Salt & black pepper (to taste)

Optional: a squeeze of lemon juice

🍴 Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the chicken, grapes, celery, and nuts.

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.

Add a little lemon juice for freshness (optional).

Chill in the fridge for 30–60 minutes before serving.

Or enjoy it as a light meal
