Cabbage, 2 Eggs, Yogurt & Flour Fritters — Addictive Recipe
These crispy, flavorful fritters are super simple to make and totally addictive. With just a few basic ingredients, you can create a snack or side dish the whole family will love.
Ingredients:
2 cups finely shredded cabbage
2 eggs
½ cup plain yogurt
½ cup all‑purpose flour (plus extra if needed)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Optional: 1 teaspoon paprika or herbs for extra flavor
Oil for frying
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, eggs, and plain yogurt. Mix well.
Add the flour little by little and stir until everything comes together in a thick batter.
Season with salt, pepper, and any optional herbs or spices you like.
Heat a thin layer of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Scoop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil, flattening each slightly with the back of the spoon.
Fry until golden and crispy on both sides (about 3–4 minutes per side).
Remove and drain on paper towels.
