Ingredients

2 cans of crescent roll dough

½ lb ham slices

½ lb salami slices

½ lb provolone cheese slices

½ cup pepperoni slices

½ cup banana pepper rings, drained

½ cup roasted red peppers, drained and sliced

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup olive oil

Optional for serving: lettuce and tomato slices

👩‍🍳 Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out 1 can of crescent dough into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking pan, pressing to cover the bottom and seal seams.

Layer half of the ham, salami, and provolone on the dough.

Spread pepperoni, banana peppers, and roasted red peppers on top.

Sprinkle Italian seasoning evenly.

Add the remaining ham, salami, and provolone slices on top.

Roll out the second can of dough over the layers and press edges to seal.

Brush the top with olive oil, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese.

Bake 25–30 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.

Let cool slightly, cut into squares, and serve with lettuce and tomato if desired.
