Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs Recipe
Ingredients:
6–8 skinless chicken thighs
1 cup barbecue sauce (or any preferred sauce)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons brown sugar (or honey)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix the barbecue sauce, garlic, brown sugar, and soy sauce.
Pour the mixture over the chicken, making sure everything is well coated.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
Once done, the chicken should be tender and easy to pull apart.
Serving: Serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or bread. You can also spoon extra sauce over the top for more flavor.
