Steamed Banana Oat Breakfast Cups

๐Ÿงพ Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas (mashed)

1 cup oats

1 egg (optional)

1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

1 tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Optional: honey, raisins, or small chocolate chips

Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth and creamy.

Add milk, egg, and vanilla extract, then mix well.

Stir in oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Mix everything until you get a thick batter.

Pour the mixture into small muffin cups or molds.

Steam for about 20โ€“25 minutes, until firm and fully cooked.

๐Ÿ’ก Tips:

You can replace the egg with an extra banana or yogurt if you prefer.

Steaming makes them soft, moist, and naturally sweet.

Store in the fridge for up to 3 days
