Spinach and Feta Egg Muffins Recipe

🥚 Ingredients:
6 large eggs
1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
1/2 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup onion (finely chopped)
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
Prepare the mixture
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together until smooth.
Add ingredients
Stir in the chopped spinach, feta cheese, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Fill the muffin tin
Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
Bake
