Quick and easy homemade ice cream

Vanilla Chocolate Swirl Ice Cream

Ingredients:

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup milk

¾ cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup chocolate syrup or melted chocolate

Instructions:

Mix cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla until the sugar dissolves.

Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Pour into an ice cream maker and churn until soft.

In a container, layer half the ice cream, drizzle chocolate, then add the remaining ice cream and chocolate.

Gently swirl with a knife without overmixing.

Freeze for 4–6 hours until firm.

Serving:

Serve cold, optionally with extra chocolate or nuts.
