Pineapple Heaven Cake

🧾 Ingredients

For the cake:

1 box yellow cake mix

1 can (20 oz / ~560g) crushed pineapple (with juice)

3 eggs

½ cup vegetable oil

For the topping:

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple (with juice)

1 cup sugar

1 container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

1 package vanilla instant pudding mix

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare the cake:

Preheat oven to 180°C

In a bowl, mix:

cake mix

eggs

oil

crushed pineapple (with juice)

Stir until smooth

Pour into a greased baking dish

Bake for 25–30 minutes (until a toothpick comes out clean)

2. Make the pineapple topping:

In a saucepan, combine:

crushed pineapple

sugar

Cook on medium heat for about 5–10 minutes

Let it cool slightly

3. Assemble:

While cake is still warm, poke holes all over it

Pour the warm pineapple mixture over the cake

Let it soak and cool completely

4. Final creamy layer:

Mix:

whipped topping

vanilla pudding mix (dry)

Spread evenly over the cake

❄️ Chill & Serve

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours

Serve cold for the best taste
