Ingredients:
1 cup butter (softened)
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
A pinch of salt
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
🍰 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a bundt or tube pan.
Cream together the butter, shortening, and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
In a separate bowl, mix flour and salt.
Add the flour mixture and milk alternately to the batter (start and end with flour). Mix gently.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Powdered sugar
A little milk
Vanilla
Mix until smooth and pour over the cooled cake.
