Oven-Baked Parmesan and Garlic Fries

Ingredients

4 large potatoes

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic (minced)

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Wash the potatoes well and cut them into thin fries. You can keep the skin if you like.

Place the fries in a large bowl and add olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Mix well so all the fries are coated.

Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning them halfway through so they cook evenly.

When the fries are golden and crispy, remove them from the oven and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Tips

For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 20 minutes, then dry them well before baking.

Serve with ketchup, garlic sauce, or your favorite dip.
