You Will Need
1 bunch asparagus (trimmed)
10–12 thin slices of prosciutto
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Olive oil (for drizzling)
Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
Blanch Asparagus:
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the asparagus and cook for 2–3 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and immediately place in an ice bath to stop cooking. Pat dry.
Wrap with Prosciutto:
Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of prosciutto (cut in half lengthwise if needed).
Prep for Baking:
Place wrapped spears on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle lightly with olive oil, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and season with pepper.
Bake:
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until prosciutto is crisp and cheese is golden.
Serve:
Serve hot as an appetizer or side dish. Optionally, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.”
