3-Ingredient Melt-in-Your-Mouth Pot Roast

🧾 Ingredients:

1 beef chuck roast (about 1.5–2 kg)

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 packet onion soup mix

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).

Lightly grease a baking dish.

Place the beef roast in the dish (fat side up).

Sprinkle the entire packet of onion soup mix over the meat.

Pour the cream of mushroom soup on top and spread it evenly.

Do not add water or milk—the meat will release its own juices while cooking.

Cover tightly with aluminum foil or a lid.

Bake for 3 to 3.5 hours, until the meat is very tender and falls apart easily.

Let it rest for 10 minutes after cooking.

Shred the beef with a fork and mix it with the rich gravy.

Or crusty bread to soak up the sauce 😋

💡 Tips:

The slower it cooks, the more tender it gets.

Keep it covered to trap steam and moisture.

You can reduce the sauce on the stove if you want it thicker.
