Ingredients:
3 cups frozen corn
4 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
Place a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter completely.
Add the frozen corn and stir well so every piece gets coated in the buttery goodness. Cook for about 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn becomes tender and slightly golden.
Drizzle in the honey and mix everything together. Let it cook for another 2–3 minutes so the sweetness blends perfectly with the butter.
Slowly pour in the heavy cream and stir continuously. Reduce the heat slightly and allow the mixture to simmer gently for 5–7 minutes until thick, creamy, and rich.
