Juicy Steak with Creamy Garlic Sauce
🛒 Ingredients:
2 steaks (ribeye or sirloin)
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
Salt & black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1 teaspoon thyme or parsley
1 tablespoon olive oil
👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Cook the steak:
Remove the steaks from the fridge and let them reach room temperature
Season with salt, pepper, and a little olive oil
Heat a pan over high heat 🔥
Cook the steaks:
2–3 minutes per side (for medium)
Add butter and baste the steak for extra flavor and juiciness 😍
Remove from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes
2. Make the creamy garlic sauce:
In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds
Pour in the heavy cream and stir well
Add salt, pepper, and thyme
Let the sauce simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thick
🍽️ Serve:
Place the steak on a plate
Pour the creamy garlic sauce on top
Garnish with parsley if desired
