Morning Cucumber Detox Drink
Ingredients
1 medium cucumber
1 lemon (juiced)
1 small piece fresh ginger (about 1 inch)
A few fresh mint leaves
1–2 cups cold water
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
Wash the cucumber well and cut it into small pieces.
Peel the ginger and chop it roughly.
Add the cucumber, ginger, mint leaves, lemon juice, and water to a blender.
Blend everything until smooth.
Strain the mixture if you prefer a smoother drink.
Add honey if you want a little sweetness.
Pour into a glass, add ice if desired, and drink fresh in the morning.
