Ham and White Beans

A hearty and comforting dish, perfect for lunch or dinner.

📝 Ingredients:

2 cups cooked white beans (cannellini or navy beans)

1–2 cups diced ham

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 carrots, diced

2 celery stalks, diced

4 cups chicken broth

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley for garnish

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Sauté onion, garlic, carrots, and celery until soft (about 5–7 minutes).

Add the diced ham and cook for 3–4 minutes.

Stir in the white beans, chicken broth, thyme, and paprika.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20–25 minutes to let flavors combine.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
