Natural Garlic Sleep-Enhancing Tonic
Ingredients:
1–2 fresh garlic cloves
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
A squeeze of lemon (optional)

Instructions:
Crush the garlic cloves and let them sit for about 5 minutes to activate their natural compounds.
