Freshly Made Tuna Salad
Ingredients:
2 cans of tuna (drained)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 small red onion (finely chopped)
1 celery stalk (finely chopped)
1 small carrot (grated, optional)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Fresh parsley or dill (for garnish)

Instructions:
Drain the tuna and place it in a large mixing bowl.
Add the mayonnaise and mix well until the tuna is coated.
Add chopped onion, celery, and grated carrot (if using). Mix until combined.
Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and mustard (if using). Taste and adjust seasoning.
Garnish with fresh parsley or dill on top.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
