Forget your regular potatoes

Ingredients:

10–15 small potatoes

Bacon slices (cut in half)

Salt and black pepper

A little oil

Toothpicks (optional)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180–200°C (350–400°F)

Wash and dry the potatoes

Wrap each potato with a slice of bacon

Secure with a toothpick if needed

Place them on a baking tray and lightly brush with oil

Bake until the bacon is crispy and the potatoes are tender

⏱️ Cooking time: about 40–50 minutes

🔥 Extra Tips:

Add garlic powder or paprika for more flavor

Serve with a dipping sauce (mayonnaise + mustard + honey)

Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving
