Over the past week, I’ve been sorting my parents’ lockers, moving everything from eight large bags of Country File magazines into metal filing cabinets. The physical effort has flared up my arthritis, so I made myself a tea that helps reduce inflammation and supports joint health.
Anti-Inflammatory & Joint Relief Tea Recipe:
Ingredients:
4–5 whole cloves
½ tsp turmeric powder
A pinch of black pepper
1 crushed garlic clove
Juice of 1 whole lemon
A pinch of Celtic salt
1 tsp honey
Small piece of butter
(Optional: small piece of fresh ginger)
Instructions:
Bring water to a boil in a pot.
Add cloves, turmeric, black pepper, garlic, and ginger if available. Let it simmer for 3–5 minutes.
Strain into a cup, then add lemon juice, salt, honey, and butter.
Stir well and drink warm.
This tea helps reduce inflammation, relieve arthritis pain, and gives a comforting boost. For best results, drink it daily instead of regular tea, and use organic ingredients whenever possible.
