Slow Cooker Chicken & Vegetable Comfort Bowl

Ingredients

2 lbs (900 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 bag frozen mixed vegetables

2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup

3 cups chicken broth

12 oz wide egg noodles

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Pour the frozen mixed vegetables over the chicken.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth until smooth.

Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken and vegetables.

Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.

Once the chicken is fully cooked, shred it directly in the slow cooker using two forks.

Stir in the egg noodles and ensure they are covered by the liquid.

Cover and cook on HIGH for an additional 20–30 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.

Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
