Hearty Baked Beans & Potato Casserole

If you’re looking for a simple, comforting meal with minimal prep, this baked beans and potato casserole is the perfect choice. It’s warm, filling, and made with just a few everyday ingredients.

Ingredients:

3–4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced

1 can of baked beans

1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar works great)

1/2 cup cooked ground beef or sausage (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease a ceramic or baking dish.

Arrange the sliced potatoes evenly at the bottom of the dish.

Sprinkle chopped onions over the potatoes if using.

Pour the baked beans evenly on top.

Add cooked ground meat if desired.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cover with foil and bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.

Remove the foil, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and bake uncovered for another 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
