Cheesy Bacon Potato Rounds

🥣 Ingredients:

4 large potatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

6 strips bacon (cooked and crumbled)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and black pepper (to taste)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Wash the potatoes well and slice them into thick rounds.

Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with foil.

Brush each slice with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.

Bake for about 25–30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.

Remove from the oven and top each slice with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.

Return to the oven for 5–7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve hot and enjoy!

😋 Tip:

You can add sour cream or chopped green onions on top for extra flavor.
