Ingredients:
1 cup butter (softened)
2 cups sugar
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160–170°C) and grease a bundt pan.
In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the mixture and mix until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 60–75 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool before removing it from the pan.
