Banana Pudding Cups

Ingredients (for 4–6 cups)

3–4 ripe bananas, sliced

1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

2 cups cold milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)

1 cup vanilla wafer cookies (optional, crushed for layering)

Instructions

Prepare the pudding:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract. Let it set for 5 minutes.

Layer the cups:

Take 4–6 small serving cups. Start with a layer of pudding, then a layer of banana slices, and a sprinkle of crushed vanilla wafers (if using). Repeat layers until the cups are full, ending with a layer of pudding.

Top with whipped cream:

Spoon or pipe whipped cream on top of each cup. You can add a few banana slices or cookie crumbs for garnish.

Chill and serve:

Refrigerate the cups for at least 1–2 hours before serving. This helps the flavors meld and makes the pudding firmer.

Tips

For extra flavor, lightly mash some banana slices into the pudding layer.

You can make this ahead of time and store in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Mini cups are perfect for parties or individual servings.
