Baked Apple Fritters
A Simple, Cozy Dessert or Snack
These baked apple fritters are soft, flavorful, and lightly sweet — the perfect treat for breakfast, dessert, or an afternoon snack. Baked instead of fried, they’re easier to make and lighter, but just as delicious.

1½ cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup brown sugar

Combine wet ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
Combine batter:
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined — don’t overmix.
