 Easy 2-Ingredient Bagels (Greek Yogurt Bagels)

Ingredients:

2 cups self-rising flour

1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt (thick)

Optional: salt, egg wash, sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning

Instructions:

1. Make the dough

In a large bowl, mix the self-rising flour with the Greek yogurt until it forms a sticky dough.

2. Knead

Lightly flour a surface and knead the dough for 2–3 minutes until smooth and workable. Don’t over-knead.

3. Shape the bagels

Divide the dough into equal portions. Roll each piece into a ball, then poke a hole in the center and gently stretch it into a bagel shape.

4. Add toppings (optional)

Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds or your favorite seasoning.

5. Bake

Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
