🥤 Beetroot, Carrot & Ginger Juice (Healthy Natural Drink)

Ingredients:

1 medium beetroot (peeled and chopped)

2 carrots (washed and chopped)

A small piece of fresh ginger (about the size of a thumb)

1 cup cold water (or more depending on desired consistency)

Juice of half a lemon (optional, for taste)

1 teaspoon honey (optional)

🧃 Instructions:

Wash and cut the beetroot and carrots into small pieces for easier blending.

Add beetroot, carrots, ginger, and water into a blender.

Blend well until the mixture becomes smooth.

If you prefer a smoother juice, strain it using a fine sieve or cheesecloth.

Add lemon juice or honey if desired and mix well.
