🍽️ Tips for best results
If rice gets too soft, add it later next time (30–40 min before end).
Want richer flavor? Add a spoon of tomato paste or soy sauce.
For a spicy version, add green chilies or chili flakes 🌶️
🧠 Optional variations
Desi twist: Add garam masala and a bit of yogurt
Creamy version: Stir in a little cream or butter at the end
Healthy version: Use brown rice (add earlier—it takes longer)
If you want, I can turn this into a Pakistani-style pulao version or a spicy biryani-style slow cooker recipe.
