Buttery Lobster and Crab Feast

Ingredients:

2 lbs cooked lobster meat (claw and tail meat)

1 lb crab claws or crab leg meat, cooked

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Juice of 1 lemon (plus lemon wedges for serving)

Instructions:

Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce: 

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well and remove from heat.

Warm the Lobster and Crab:

Place the lobster meat and crab claws in a large skillet or baking dish.

Drizzle the garlic butter sauce generously over the seafood.

Cover and heat gently over low heat for 5-7 minutes, or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, just until warmed through.

Garnish and Serve:

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with crusty bread or garlic bread to soak up the delicious butter sauce.

Pair with sides like creamy mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a light green salad.

Add a small bowl of melted butter for dipping.
