1 packet onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions
Place the frozen beef patties in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Scatter the sliced onions over the patties.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the steak sauce, onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth until well combined.
Pour the mixture evenly over the beef patties.
Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
Once the patties are tender and cooked through, gently stir the sauce.
